Obtaining Liquidation TM 110 in Scarlet and Violet
TM110 teaches a Pokemon the move Liquidation. Liquidation is a Water type move. This move gives Pokemon a 20% chance of lowering the opposing Pokemon’s defence.

Liquidation is unlocked after beating Team Star Fighting Crew. It is also found in the East section of the North Province Area Three by a stream, or at the bottom of Glaseado Mountain. It can be crafted using the following: 10000 LP, Buizel Fur x3, Wiglett Sand x3, and Arrokuda Scales x5.

The move is super effective (x2) on Fire, Ground, and Rock, type Pokemon. It has an average effect (x0.5) on Water, Grass and Dragon type Pokemon.
