Obtaining Psyshock TM 054 in Scarlet and Violet
TM054 teaches a Pokemon the move Psyshock. Psyshock is a Psychic type move that deals good damage and great accuracy. The special move is a physical damage attack.

Psyshock is found east of Cassaroya Lake, or behind a house on the east side of Cassaroya. Psyshock can also be crafted using the following: 5000 LP, Drowzee Fur x3, Spoink Pearl x3, and Meditite Sweat x3.

The move is super effective (x2) on Fighting and Poison type Pokemon. It has an average effect (x0.5) on Psychic and Steel type Pokemon. It has no effect on Dark types.
