Obtaining Rain Dance TM 050 in Scarlet and Violet

TM050 teaches a Pokemon the move Rain Dance. Rain Dance is a Water type move that deals no damage but instead changes the weather. The move activates Rain for 5 turns when used.

Rain Dance is found by a sunken watchtower in the Asado Desert, or at the foot of a cliff near Team Fire Crew’s flag. Rain Dance can also be crafted using the following: 3000 LP, Azurill Fur x3, Shellos Mucus x3, and Wattrel Feather x3.

The move is super effective (x2) on Fire, Ground and Rock type Pokemon. It has an average effect (x0.5) on Water, Grass, and Dragon type Pokemon.
