The process is simple. If you want to get Rich Soil in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you just have to harvest your crops. It doesn’t really matter the type of crops you use, and the fastest method is to plant lots of wheat in Peaceful Meadow, water them and wait for about 60 seconds for them to grow.

This process of getting Rich Soil is not only fast, but it’s also very cheap. If you follow the process steadily, you should be plucking and harvesting regular crops, which in turn gives you Rich Soil. And although the crops at WALL-E’s garden are planted, the game doesn’t allow you to use them to get Rich Soil.
