In Hogwarts Legacy, you can purchase Shrivelfig Fruit for 150 Gold from the vendor NPC named Timothy Teasdale, who runs The Magic Neep shop in Hogsmeade.

Apart from that, you can also use a “Potting Table With a Medium Pot Spellcraft” to conjure a Potting Table that you can use. You can grow Shrivelfig Plants using Shrivelfig Seeds, which again you can obtain from The Magic Neep shop in exchange for 300 Gold.
As far as the “Potting Table With a Medium Pot Spellcraft” goes, you can obtain it from Thomas Brown in exchange for 750 Gold at the Tomes and Scrolls shop in Hogsmeade.
Once you plant a Shrivelfig Seed, you must wait around ten minutes before you get to forage the Shrivelfig Fruits. If you need the item immediately, just teleport to the West Hogsmeade teleport waypoint and purchase the Shrivelfig Fruit from Timothy instead.
