Lambad’s Tavern is located near the Avidya Forest Waypoint in Sumeru City. Here is the exact location of the Tavern.
Once you are at Lambad’s Tavern, head inside, talk to Lambad, and exhaust his dialogues until you get the option to get all the items he is selling. After that, select and purchase Spice. You can buy ten Spice units and then wait 72 hours to repurchase them.

Alternatively, you can use the primary method of obtaining Spice in Genshin Impact by processing the Harra Fruit ingredient found all around the Sumeru region of Teyvat.
- Go to a Cooking Station and interact with it to open the Cooking Menu
