You can get the Seaside Vacation Swin Suit outfit, aka the Summer Seabreeze outfit, via the Tower of Fantasy Summer Seabreeze Gachapon event using Seabreeze Gachapon coins.

The Seaside Vacation Swin Suit outfit is a rare one that you can get early, granted you are lucky. Else, you have to use Dark Crystals and microtransactions to keep buying Seabreeze Gachaphon coins to take part in the event for a chance to obtain the Seaside Vacation Swin Suit outfit. 

Until August 29, 2022, you can participate in the Login Bonus – Supply Run event to get five Seabreeze Gachaphon coins for free. Along with other free rewards like Dark Crystal x400 and Red Nucleus x10.
