Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster features tons of different gameplay mechanics that allow you to customize your playable characters, such as the Demon Fusion System and the Magatama System. The latter is the only system that lets you customize your Demi-Fiend main character, allowing him to learn more skills and enjoy some stat bonuses that will let him keep up with the powerful demons you can fuse in the Cathedral of Shadows.

How to Get the Gehenna Magatama in Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster

The Gehenna Magatama is an optional Magatama that can be obtained by purchasing it from a specific Junk Shop. To get this Magatama, you will need to buy it from the Junk Shop in Asakusa for 30,000 Macca. If you’re playing the game in hard mode, you will have to spend a whopping 90,000 Macca.

Gehenna’s Skills

The Gehenna Magatama is a great Magatama to ingest if you’re creating a Magic-focused build, as it lets you learn some powerful Fire-based skills. The stat bonuses granted by the Magatama, however, are not particularly exciting, as it grants you a +3 bonus in all stats – Strength, Magic, Vitality, Agility, and Luck. This Magatama will also let you absorb Fire attacks, but make you weak to Ice damage. Letting it continue to act violently upon level up is a very good idea, as you may get fully healed or receive a permanent +1 bonus in Vitality.

• Hellfire – Medium fire damage to all targets
• Void Fire – Passive – Grants immunity to fire damage, overriding natural weaknesses.
• Mana Gain – Passive – Boosts Max MP by 20%.

• Magma Axis – Massive fire damage to a single target.
