In Hello Kitty Island Adventure, it’s not all lazing on beaches and eating pineapple cake on the tropical island—sometimes there is some hard work to do! When you are out exploring, you find that some areas are a bit tougher to get to, and there are lots of difficult mountain sides to climb. You find that you run out of stamina quite quickly.
How can we get around this issue and increase our stamina? There are a few ways to increase your stamina in Hello Kitty Island Aventure and help you get through the harder treks, so let’s explore all of your options.

Increasing stamina in Hello Kitty Island Adventure
There are three things you can do to increase stamina in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, which helps you climb the volcanic areas of the map and other hills:
- Eat Stamina Apples
- Take Stamina Potions
- Ask Pochacco to join you on your travels
At Friendship level 8, Pochacco can join you on adventures and increase your speed while climbing. This doesn’t exactly increase stamina, but it does help you use your stamina more effectively by speeding up your journey up the mountain.

Stamina Apples can be used to boost your existing stamina permanently. Stamina Apples are crafted at Chococat’s Crafting Table using five Stamina Apple Slices. Gather these slices from golden chests or as gifts by leveling up friendships.
Stamina Potions can be created once you unlock the Witch’s Hut in Spooky Swamp. Level up your friendship with Kuromi to level 9 and help her create this new potion, which grants you a temporary stamina boost. You don’t get any bonus points for wearing the spooky outfit, but it sure does feel right to look the part!
Use any of the above solutions, or even all of them at once, to easily climb up the volcano or any tough hills in Hello Kitty Island Adventure.
