Pokémon Infinite Fusion is a Pokémon fan game that attempts to answer the question: what if you could fuse two different Pokémon together? Every Pokémon from generations 1 and 2 is here, alongside a few from generation 3 and beyond. It’s a popular Pokémon fan game, and it’s free to play! In this download guide, you can learn all there is to know on how to install Pokémon Infinite Fusion.

Installing Pokémon Infinite Fusion

Before we start, you should know that at this time, Pokémon Infinite Fusion can only be played on Windows. Older versions of the game are playable on Android devices using JoiPlay, but that won’t be covered here, as we are using the latest version.

To get started, head on over to the Pokecommunity website for Pokémon Infinite Fusion. There, you can read up on info about the game and all its features, and you can even check out some screenshots of possible fusions.

When you’re ready, scroll down until you see the Download section. You can find the download Mega link for version 5.1 in there, so click on it to go to the download page. There are two different files for the game: the full version and the patch version.

  • Download the full version if you’ve never played Infinite Fusion before;
  • Download the patch version if you’re already playing an older version of Infinite Fusion and want to update.

If you downloaded the full version, all you need to do is unzip the file using your favorite app, like 7zip. Open the folder you unzipped the contents into and run the Pokémon Infinite Fusion.exe file to start the game. Have fun!

In case you downloaded the patch version zip, unzip the file and move the Data folder into your existing Infinite Fusion installation folder. You will be prompted to replace the files, so make sure to do so. You’re ready to go after you’ve updated the Data folder.
