It’s been some time since Fortnite was unavailable on mobile devices via the App Store and Google Play Stores, and every bit of information that surfaced on the Apple vs Epic lawsuit seemed to suggest that the popular battle royale game would take a long time to be available on mobile again.
Miracles, however, do happen, and today it has been revealed that Fortnite will soon come back to iOS and Android thanks to NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW game streaming service.
Before Fortnite comes back to mobile devices, however, it will have to undergo some testing. Here’s how to join the waitlist for a chance to access a limited-time closed beta.
How to Join the Waitlist for Fortnite Mobile Closed Beta
To join the Fortnite Limited Time Closed Beta for Mobile waitlist, you need to head over to the NVIDIA official website at this address and click on the “Join Waitlist” button. Before you can do so, however, you will need to login into your NVIDIA account or create a brand new one. Sign-ups are free, so head over here to create a new account if you haven’t one already.
Once you have logged into your NVIDIA account and joined the waitlist, you will need to become a GeForce NOW member. GeForce NOW has different membership tiers, and both the Free or Priority memberships will grant you an equal chance at getting into the closed beta.
If you are granted access to the beta, you will be notified by email, but don’t get your hopes up too much. Invitations to join will be limited, and considering how many are dying to play Fortnite Mobile again, you can be sure that a lot of people will be joining the waitlist.
