Levelling Up in Kartrider: Drift
The Racing Pass, like so many other game passes, has two sections: regular and premium. The Premium Pass costs 500 K-Coins (K-Coins cost real money remember) and awards players with many more items and cosmetics to use in the game. Players with either pass have a level cap of 40, and levelling up is achieved best by playing every day, and completing challenges.
The challenges set in Kartrider: Drift are daily tasks such as completing a no. of races or driving a certain distance. There are also challenges associated with the Premium Pass which are weekly tasks. Those offer extra Trophies. The more Trophies you get, the more you can level up! Your Racing Pass page will show how many Trophies are needed to get to the next level.

Levels can also be gained through purchasing them using K-coins with each level costing 60 K-Coins. If you purchase the Premium Pass, you can obtain 100 K-Coins by levelling up, which could possibly be used to level up further but only once.
The best way to level up if you do not want to purchase the Premium Pass and gain extra Trophies, is to play and win as much as possible. The game is not pay-to-win, and just takes practise and skill to become a decent racer. Make sure you get a Start-Boost with every race to give yourself an advantage, and become a Drifting master to help reduce speed loss as you go around corners.
