In Potion Craft, you can make a Tier I Potion of Lightning using four units of Windbloom and one unit of Waterbloom. You can also make it using three units of Thunder Thistle and one Windbloom.

  • Grind four units of Windbloom and add them to the Cauldron 
  • Grind and add one Waterbloom to the Cauldron
  • Stir the potion and then use the Bellows
