Riot Games have been incorporating a large number of cosmetic items since Wild Rift’s closed beta phase. Although they do not provide an advantage on the battlefield, skins enhance the visual experience of players. However, players regret buying some cosmetic items as they don’t really fascinate using them.
In such a case, Riot Games allows its users to refund purchased Wild Rift items and get their money back. At the same time, they have a bunch of terms and conditions that must be satisfied in order to refund an item in Wild Rift. With that in mind, here’s everything about refunding Wild Rift items.
What You Can and Can’t Refund
Unless any applicable laws require otherwise, refunds are only available for content that meets these three conditions:
- The content is unused.
- The content was purchased no more than 14 days ago.
- The content is on the list of refundable content below.
The refundable items include currency, champions, skins, recalls, baubles, and emote.
How to Get Refund in Wild Rift
Here is how you can get the refund for your Wild Rift items:
- Go to the Riot Games Support site.
- Login to your Wild Rift account.
- Click on the Purchase History tab.
- Click on the Refund icon next to the item that you want to get refunded.
- If the skin is a refundable item, then you should then be refunded.
