It’s always a good feeling when you’re getting back into the battle sessions with your squad/friends in Fortnite. However, sometimes it’s worth taking a little break and getting some well deserved rest before jumping into another intense battle royal fight.
One way to get some rest in Fortnite is by Sitting Out. This allows your character to stay hydrated or even do some light exercises before another match. So in this article, we’ll be guiding you on how to Sit Out in Fortnite Mobile.
How to Sit Out in Fortnite Mobile
Sitting Out of a match means you won’t need to keep the rest of your squad waiting. You can always leave the party, but you can also “Sit Out” if you’ll only be unavailable for a single match. So Sitting Out simply means you won’t be leaving the party and it’ll be like you were actually there, only you weren’t in the match.
If you’re ready to get back into the match, Sitting Out allows you to lose no time at all. So while your squad members are getting ready for another match, you’ll be excluded from the matchmaking pool while Sitting Out.
Once you’ve clicked “Sit Out,” your character will be labeled as Sitting Out and you’ll continue to Sit Out matches till you go back and change your status using the same process. Only players that belong to a party can use the Sit Out feature, but you can still set your status as Away if you don’t belong to a party.
