How to Spectate in Pokemon Unite

Being one of the new additions in the MOBA eSports scene, Pokemon Unite is experimenting with features like Spectate. Using this feature, players can watch top players, or their friend’s gameplay when they are in matches. A feature like Pokemon Unite‘s Spectate paves the path for new players to become good at the game. And, in this guide, we will show you exactly, how you can spectate in Pokemon Unite.

How to Use Spectate Feature in Pokemon Unite

Players can use the Spectate Feature from the game’s main menu. Just open the game and press the X button to open the side-bar menu with options like Battle Prep, Item Box, Ranking, etc.

Right above the Settings option, you can find Spectate tab. Click on it and it will take you to Pokemon Unite‘s Spectate menu. There you will find two options –

Spectate Top Ranking Trainers
- Ranked Matches
- Standard Battle
- Quick Battle
Spectate your Friends
- Ranked Matches
- Standard Battle
- Quick Battle

Pokemon Unite‘s Spectate mode offers features like fast-forwarding, and it also shows the score of the ongoing match. The Spectate mode is currently in development and it was made available only for a short time, that is from August 4, 2021, to August 6, 2021. We will definitely see it returning sometime soon.

Pokémon Unite is a MOBA game available on the Nintendo Switch platform with the Mobile version’s release happening later this year in the month of September.
