One of the major changes that Pokémon Legends: Arceus introduced is changing or switching Pokémon. Since the game is set years before the current Sinnoh region, the society is not developed to the point that you can use PCs to change or switch Pokémon.
Instead, you have a new feature called Pokémon Pastures that you unlock by progressing the game. You can use this to change or switch Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
In this guide, we will explain to you how exactly you can switch or change Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
How to Switch and Change Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, there are two ways with which players can switch out, aka change, a Pokémon. The first option is to visit Jubilife Village and talk to the NPC, Marie at Pokémon Pastures, your acting Pokémon storage.

When you talk to her, Marie will ask you if you want to store more Pokémon. Selecting the option will take you to your Pokémon storage, where you will find your stored Pokémon that you change or switch with the Pokémon currently in your party.

The second option that we prefer the most is changing Pokémon from Base Camps. You can visit any of the Base Camps and look for the NPC with red clothing and a yellow hat. These are Galaxy Members with whom you can interact to get the option “I want to see my Pokémon.”
