How to Trigger a Lotus Eater in Genshin Impact

To trigger the Lotus Eater world quest in Genshin Impact, players have to activate the Altar found near the northmost waypoint of The Serpent’s Heart area in the Enkanomiya.

To reach the Altar, teleport to the northmost waypoint and glide down the cliff. To the left side, you will find a cave-like structure. Head inside and you will spot a Ruin Sentinel on the left side.

Defeat the Ruin Sentinel and behind him is the Altar that you have to activate.

Once that is done, players have to head to the Altar at The Serpent’s Heart and use the same pattern seen when the previous altar was activated.

Doing so will trigger the Lotus Eater world quest.
