How to Unlock Daisy in Super Mario Run

The only way to unlock Daisy is by continuously playing Remix 10. Daisy is trapped several levels into Remix 10, and you will need to play through each one to eventually reach to her and unlock her as a playable character.

When you start Remix 10, you begin in the first Area where you will have to complete a set consisting of 10 courses before you can move on to the next area, if that was the last set of the previous area. And if not, you would have to complete every set before continuing.

Daisy appears after doing a lot of sets and completing a lot of Areas, as she is all the way at Area 30. Playing a whole set costs you one Toad Rally ticket. Which means that you will need to start saving up on tickets, as you will need quite a few of them if you want to unlock Daisy. If we consider that every Area had two sets on average, you would need 60 Toad Rally Tickets to unlock Daisy.

Fortunately, you do not have any difficult challenges or bosses you need to beat in order to unlock her; all you need to do is reach Area 30. And considering that you make progress through Remix 10 regardless of whether you actually finish a Course or not, you only need enough tickets in order to unlock Daisy.
