Hues of the Violet Garden is one of the major events in Genshin Impact that celebrates Inazuma’s Irodori Festival—similar to Windblume in Mondstadt and Lantern Rite in Liyue.

The Hues of the Violet Garden offers a myriad of quests, challenges, and sub-events that players can take part in for a plethora of rewards, including a free copy of Xingqiu.

How to Unlock Hues of the Violet Garden Event

You can unlock the Hues of the Violet Garden event in Genshin Impact if you meet the following requirements – 

  • Adventure Rank 30 or above 
  • Completed world quest “Ritou Escape Plan”
  • Complete Kamisato Ayato, Sangonomiya Kokomi, and Raiden Shogun’s story quest [Optional Requirement]

Once you meet the above two requirements, you can take part in the Inazuma major event, Hues of the Violet Garden, which explores the local Irodori Festival. 

Ritou Escape Plan world quest is a part of “Chapter II Act I: The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia” archon quest. 

If you haven’t completed the Story Quests for Kamisato Ayato, Sangonomiya Kokomi, and Raiden Shogun’s story quest, you can start the Hues of the Violet Garden event using the new Quick Start feature.
