How To Upgrade Royale Pickaxe in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To remove the Coral Blue Rocks that infest Dazzle Beach and a few other biomes in Dream Valley or remove some Ice Crystals, you must upgrade the Royale Pickaxe tool in Disney Dreamlight Valley. But since the upgrade is associated with a quest from a few specific NPC, many players find it hard to upgrade the Royale Pickaxe. How To Upgrade Royale Pickaxe in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Royale Pickaxe in Disney Dreamlight Valley has three upgrades you can unlock by progressing quests in Moana and Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Realms. 

  • The first upgrade for the Royale Pickaxe is unlocked when you talk to Maui after unlocking Moana in the Dream Valley by completing her quest in her realm. 
  • The second upgrade for the Royale Pickaxe is unlocked when you complete Maui’s Friendship quest, “A Tale of Stone and Fire.”
  • Meanwhile, the third upgrade for the Royale Pickaxe is unlocked when you complete Elsa’s final quest, “Breaking the Ice.”

You can unlock Moana’s Realm via the Dream Castle that you can access by progressing Merlin’s questline. Similarly, Anna and Elsa’s realms are also accessed via Dream Castle. Just make sure you have a ton on Dreamlight to remove the Night Thorns that cover the realm gates that lead to the said Disney character’s realms.
