Over the years, Clash of Clans has become quite the powerhouse of a mobile game. One of the features that made it so prominent was the introduction of Super Troops.

Super Troops

Super Troops are basically the Super Soldiers of Clash of Clans. They are super-powered versions of their original counterparts, each with unique strengths and special abilities.

Due to their massive powers, unlike their normal counterparts, Super Troops also take up more housing space. Along with this, their training time and training costs are also substantially increased compared to the normal versions. Another major point to keep in mind is that, at any given time, it is only possible to have up to two different types of active Super Troops.

So how does one acquire Super Troops?

Acquiring Super Troops

Super Troops are not really different troops compared to their normal counterparts. In fact, they are literally boosted units from their normal version, made possible via a Dark Elixir or a Super Potion. Keep in mind that either of these methods are only possible once the Town Hall has reached level 11 at least. Along with this, the base troop’s level requirement should also be reached, for obvious reasons.

There is a way to have Super Troops earlier than that though, and that is through Clan donations only. These are the current list of Super Troops available:

  • Super Barbarian
  • Super Archer
  • Super Giant
  • Sneaky Goblin
  • Super Wall Breaker
  • Rocket Balloon
  • Super Wizard
  • Super Dragon
  • Inferno Dragon
  • Super Minion
  • Super Valkyrie
  • Super Witch
  • Ice Hound
  • Super Bowler

Using these Super Troops is basically the same as their normal counterparts with minimal changes, as mentioned above.

And that’s everything! Is there anything else you needed to know? Let us know!
