How to Play Yu Narukami
Like most fighting games main characters, Yu Narukami is good at a lot of different things, but he is a master of none. His normals are great for controlling space, his regular special attacks can be used in a variety of situations like keeping the opponent away with Zio, closing the gap with Swift Strike or force mix-ups with Raging Lion (a special move with seven different versions!). His Persona attacks are quite good as well, but Yu doesn’t rely too much on them to be good, so he still has a fighting chance if he loses access to it.
Like for the regular Special Attacks, Yu Narukami’s SP Skills are quite versatile and can be used in a variety of situations. Ziodyne is great for zoning, and Cross Slash and Thudner God Dance, which can only be performed while in Awakened State, are great ways to end combos while dealing massive damage.
At the end of the end, Yu Narukami is a jack-of-all-trades that is master of none, but his solid moveset makes him viable at all levels of play. Learn to use Raging Lion to mix-up the opponent while close, and you will become a force to be reckoned with.
