After several delays, a closed beta test getting canceled at the last moment, and other things, Bandai Namco finally announced new details on the game during one of their Blue Protocol live streams. Blue Protocol finally has an official release window for Japan, Spring 2023, and with that, players are wondering if Blue Protocol is coming to the west.

Is Blue Protocol Coming To The West?
While Bandai Namco has not yet gone forth and officially announced a global release for Blue Protocol, the intentions are pretty obvious based on past interviews, events, and their approach.
On the official Bandai Namco website, you can find a Message from President and CEO Sekiguchi Masataka, where he says, “Under our slogan, Online Games from Japan to the World, we will continue to challenge ourselves to produce online games that are uniquely Japanese.”
Moreover, he also talks about how Bandai Namco has “strived to provide a wide variety of content to fans in Japan and abroad across multiple devices.”
So why stretch the article? And not get to the point? You see, these things may look small, but they always provide a credible hint on different things about future titles coming from the said developers or publishers or both.
Considering all that, with the recent announcement from Bandai Namco about a network test and a new trailer which will get showcased during The Game Awards airing on December 8, 2022, we can say there’s a very high chance of Blue Protocol coming to the west and of course, the rest of the world.
Moreover, Bandai Namco’s CEO Sekiguchi Masataka’s and the company’s slogan on bringing online games from Japan to the world is more than enough to ensure that Blue Protocol will get a global release.
If things change, which is highly unlikely, we will update the article.
Blue Protocol is an upcoming anime-style MMO coming to the PC platform in Spring 2023.
