Sony’s State of Play focused on Hogwarts Legacy aired on March 17, 2022. And with that, players finally had an in-depth look at the immersive gameplay that Hogwarts Legacy offers. 

As a response, we had many Nintendo Switch players wondering if they can play Hogwarts Legacy on the Nintendo platform or not?

Is Hogwarts Legacy Coming to Nintendo Switch Platform?

Yes, Hogwarts Legacy is coming to the Nintendo Switch platform later this year in the Holiday season. 

While the Nintendo Switch release of Hogwarts Legacy is not that advertised or talked about—we can see the Nintendo Switch logo at the bottom of the Hogwarts Legacy’s official website. 

Moreover, the website’s FAQ section confirms Hogwarts Legacy’s release on the Nintendo Switch platform.

A: Hogwarts Legacy will be available for PlayStation5, PlayStation4, PlayStation4 Pro, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One consoles, Nintendo Switch, and PC.”

Seeing the recent gameplay of Hogwarts Legacy at the Sony’s State of Play, we think balancing the performance on Nintendo Switch will take its toll on the game visuals as it looks and plays phenomenally. 

Still, we have confirmation from the game’s official website, and that is more than enough for Nintendo Switch players to keep hope that Hogwarts Legacy will release on Nintendo in Holiday 2022 at the same time as it does on other platforms. 

Hogwarts Legacy is an immersive open-world roleplaying game set to arrive later this year on PS4, Xbox Series X and Series S, PS5, Xbox One, PC.
