Fans of Magic: The Gathering, the time has come for you to carry your favorite game around without having to actually bring your deck with you, as the mobile version of the popular Magic: The Gathering Arena will become available later this month on the Google Play Store.

Magic: The Gathering Arena Mobile is the mobile version of the digital card game by the same name which plays pretty much like the real Magic: The Gathering. Two players battle it out with their carefully put together decks, playing cards to generate mana that can be used to activate the special abilities of the played cards. It is a simple premise for a very deep experience that players all over the world have been enjoying for decades.

Magic: The Gathering Arena Mobile launches on January 28 on the Google Play Store as an Early Access game, so you should expect some issues here and there that will be fixed by the time the game officially releases. As of now, owning a compatible device is all you need to enjoy the game in its first release.
