Minecraft – Pocket Edition version 0.9.0 Now Available On The App Store

The new Minecraft – Pocket Edition version 0.9.0 update is now available on the App Store, as promised by Mojang last week. It’s been a while since the mobile version of Minecraft has been updated so all those playing the game on iOS will surely be happy to finally receive some new content for the game.

The new Minecraft: Pocket Edition update introduce new block and items, like the mushroom blocks and monster eggs, new flowers, new mobs, new lakes, new vines and new monster rooms as well as the Biomes from the PC version like mesas, jungles, swamps and extreme hills. Also included are abandoned mineshafts, villages and many other locations. Mojang has also added a new interaction button which will avoid making some unwanted interactions with characters. Plenty of bug fixes are also in so this one is truly a huge update.

Minecraft – Pocket Edition version 0.9.0 is now available for download on the App Store. And if you have never tried Minecraft before, now is the right time as you will hardly find a more compelling gameplay experience for your iOS devices. Mojang has also confirmed that new updates will not take this long to be released so get ready for more Minecraft goodies coming your way very soon.
