Monster Hunter Rise Light Bowgun Switch Skills

Fanning Maneuver

Fanning Maneuver replaces Fanning Vault, and it is performed by pressing the R and A buttons. This move consumes 1 Wirebug to make you leap to the left or right while increasing your attack power.

To unlock the Fanning Maneuver, you have to complete the Feathered Frenzy quest and then speak to Master Utsushi.

Quickstep Evade

Quickstep Evade replaces Forward Dodge, and it is performed by simply pressing the B button. This quick dodging maneuver covers far less ground than the regular evade, but it is a little faster and makes it so that ammo fired right after it deals increased damage.

To unlock the Quickstep Evade Switch Skill, you have to craft and upgrade multiple Light Bowguns

Elemental Reload

Elemental Reload replaces the regular Reload, and it is performed by pressing the X button with the weapon unsheathed. This reloading technique takes longer to complete but also boosts elemental damage of elemental shots.

To unlock the Elemental Reload Switch Skill, you will have to complete the rank 4 Learn the Light Bowgun quest.
