The new 2.1 update now brings the Holy Shield feature to provide damage resistance buffs during PVP battle. The Holy Shield can be obtained once a player reaches level 320 and completes the Swamp of Death quest.

Although its effects may wear off once its energy gauge is depleted, the Holy Shield thankfully isn’t a temporary feature and it will recharge after a short period of time. Its effects can be enhanced even further by spending Holy Essence and Holy Bead.

Fans can also look forward to a brand new dungeon with the Divine Tower, once again unlocked as soon as players achieve level 320 and finish the Swamp of Death quest. Among the rewards on offer for clearing the tower’s many floors are Holy Essence and Holy Bead.

Another notable addition includes the Jewel Craft feature (unlocked upon reaching lv. 300) which increases the properties of Jewels graded 6 and above. Jewels can also be further enhanced through the Carve and Refine features, which allow you to combine gems and lesser grade jewels.

Charm is also set to play a more important role in the land of MU with the addition of the Flower Gift. Unlocked after reaching level 210 and completing the Scream quest, the Flower Gift will net players an increase in charm points.

Whatever the reason, MU Origin 2 is definitely laying it on thick with the charm offensive as a new Relation feature makes it way to the game. Charm can be boosted by sharing loot and giving flowers to fellow players.

MU Origin 2 is a title that really leaves no stone unturned when it comes to delivering fresh content and features to its players, so if you’re in the mood to get a new MMO fix, you certainly can’t go wrong with giving MU Origin 2 a try on iOS or Android.
