One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 will come with a huge character roster including the Straw Hat Crew, their allies and their enemies. It seems like, however, the roster will be even bigger than anticipated, as a Character Pass for the game has been revealed.

The One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 Character Pass, which is included in the game’s Deluxe Edition, as revealed on Steam, will grant access to 9 DLC characters as well as a bonus early unlock for Charlotte Katakuri.

The nine characters have yet to be revealed, but we will surely learn more about them as we get closer to the game’s release.

The Steam page for the game also confirmed that all those who pre-order the game digitally will get two extra costumes for Trafalgar Law and Boa Hancock. The two costumes are based on the most popular series developed by Omega Force, Dynasty Warriors.

One Piece Pirate Warriors 4’s release on Nintendo Switch is not a surprising announcement, considering the previous game got ported to the system years after its original release. However, it will not look as nice as it will on other platforms, with resolution being locked at 900p in docked more, and at 540p in portable mode.

This has been decided to likely keep framerate as smooth as possible without having to make cuts to the total number of on-screen characters.

One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 launches on Nintendo Switch as well as on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 27th, 2020.
