Overwatch 2 Skins Not Loading Explained

Overwatch 2 skins not loading is a known issue that was addressed by the game’s Official Twitter handle and the Community Manager through an official post. 

In a post, Community Manager Jodie mentioned, “Some cosmetics, items, and currency players own are not showing up in their collections” under Known Launch Issues. Thankfully, the developers are already working on it to resolve “Skins not loading” and other similar launch issues that Overwatch 2 is currently facing. 

There is nothing you can do to fix it from your end, and we recommend you wait for an official update on the issue. Until then, you can check this official post to learn about all known issues that Overwatch 2 developers have addressed so far.
