Persona 5 Strikers

Persona 5 Strikers Money Farming Guide

Like in the original Persona 5 and its expanded version Persona 5 Royal, money is extremely important in Persona 5 Strikers, as it lets you purchase items, gear, and more. As the new game also lets you purchase incredibly important SP restoration items, you will always want to have some money on hand to be able to purchase these items so that you can continue using all sorts of abilities while exploring Jails.

So, how do you exactly farm money in Persona 5 Strikers? Let’s find out!

Obtaining Money

Before we get to farming money, we need to talk about getting money in Persona 5 Strikers. In the game, Money is obtained in two different ways.

The first way is to fight and defeat Shadows in Jails: you will receive a small amount of money for each enemy encounter you win, like in the original games.

The second way is to sell items to Sophie. The second method can potentially make you earn more money, but it is a very incosistent method, and not particularly good if you intend on farming money.

How To Farm Money In Persona 5 Strikers

The first step to farm money effectively in Persona 5 Strikers is to level up two specific Bond Skills. The first one, Extortionist, is a pretty straightforward skill that increases the amount of money you receive from winning enemy encounters. The second skill, Treasure Hunter, increases the Treasure Demons spawn rate inside Jails. These Demons, which you should recognize from the original Persona 5, award more money, XP and items than regular Shadows, so having them around more will result in overall more effective farming, not just money farming.

Once you have obtained these two skills and leveled them up accordingly, all you need to do to farm money is explore Jails over and over and clear enemy encounters. As Treasure Demons will now appear more frequently, it will not take too long to get all the money you need. Please note, however, that you will need to reach a certain point in the story to unlock them, so hold off your money farming until then.

If you’re at the endgame, you can also take advantage of the Painful Past Requests. These special quests let you fight against all previously defeated bosses, netting you great amounts of XP and money. Like for Treasure Demons, you will have to unlock Painful Past Requests via story progression.
