The Mega Brutal difficulty isn’t the only new addition. Joining it are three new cheat modes designed to introduce some fresh elements into the experience, like the shuffle strain, which mixes all evolutions in a game, turbo strain and lucky dip strain.

As if all this wasn’t enough, update 1.8 also introduces four new scenarios , where gamers will have to fight viruses in some very interesting situations, as well as new achievements, events, performance enhancements and bux fixes.

Ndemic Creations, the team behind the game, has been supporting Plague Inc. with regular updates. The previous one also introduced many new features that managed to deepen and enhance the whole experience.

Plague Inc. is now available for purchase on the App Store. The update is also available right now for all regions.
