The new game is called Prison Run and Gun and it’s currently in development by Quantized Bit. The game is actually the spin-off of another platform game which will be released soon on Steam called Hot Guns. Both games don’t play all that differently, as players will be proceeding through a variety of locations, taking down enemies, avoiding traps and solving some simple puzzles in true platform game fashion. What will set Prison Run and Gun apart from similar games are the unique weight mechanics, which alter the jumping height and distance depending on the type of weapon the player is holding at a specific time.

A new Prison Run and Gun trailer has also been shared recently. You can check out the game’s very interesting experience by watching the new trailer right below.

Prison Run and Gun will be released later next month as a premium game with no IAPs. A precise release date has yet to be confirmed, but we will let you know more about the matter as soon as possible so stay tuned for all the latest news.
