Pokemon BDSP Update 1.1.3: Patch Notes and More Info
When we looked into the patch notes on the Nintendo of America website, this was all that we found:
- “Fixed some issues for more pleasant gameplay.”
We feel that the above statement is a bit of an understatement. From what we have tested in the game itself, they have clearly done more than that, so why downplay their own work?
And that can hardly be called ‘patch notes’. It’s a single sentence that is incredibly vague and addresses none of the issues that majorly needed fixing.
Nevertheless, we have done the testing for you guys, and have elaborated on two of the main issues with Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl that have now been fixed with the 1.1.3 update patch.
- Shaymin Glitch Patched: No more surfing on dry land to Flower Paradise to encounter and capture Shaymin early.
- Menu Glitches Patched: The glitch that allowed players to open the menu while already interacting with NPCs and objects in the overworld has been patched.
