Another fine adventure awaits players in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the latest instalment in the Pokémon mainline games and there are a lot of things to do in the game. Raids is a multiplayer mechanic that was first introduced in Pokémon Sword and Shield and has now made its way into Scarlet and Violet. In Raids, a group of four players or even one player and three NPCs get to fight against a powerful Pokémon and try to win and get rewarded with goodies.

Raid Dens typically appeared in fixed locations around the Wild Arena and players could use items to start new raids anytime they want. Surely by now, most players will have observed that the in-game time of day and weather patterns don’t actually reflect the actual time of day in real life. However, that doesn’t mean the real world doesn’t affect the game at all.

The Tera Raid locations and Mass Outbreaks reset at midnight local time in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Whenever the clock hits 12, messages appear in-game that alert players of new Mass Outbreaks. Fortunately, there is a way to manually reset all Tera Raid Den locations in the game.

So to do this, close Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. Navigate to your Switch’s settings and scroll down to ‘System’ and select ‘Date and Time’. Now turn off Synchronize Clock via the Internet and change the time to 11:55-11:58 PM. Leave the date unchanged then launch Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and wait for time to manually reach midnight.

The date should remain unchanged because like previous mainline Pokémon games, players will be locked out of all timed events for a day once it senses an attempt to advance the day.
