If you want to get Keldeo, you will first need to catch Cobalion, Virizion, and Terrakion. You have heard about them for sure. So, once you have them, you will need to head to Dyna Tree Hill and search for a tiny island near the large tree. Enter the water using your bicycle and aim to reach the island that has two trees on it. Look at the tree; from the left side, there will be footprints and a pot. Interact with the prints, and they will warn you about the Pokemon evidence. The pot is a hint that you are expected to cook something tasty.
