What Are Exercises in Project Zomboid

There are many interesting mechanics that you can use in Project Zomboid and one of them is related to physical exercises. It allows you to train your character and increase your Strength and Fitness. Also, you can use certain items to achieve better results and today we will give you more information about this mechanic.

Sport Equipment in Project Zomboid    

If you want to exercise in Project Zomboid you will need to prepare certain items. Of course, you can exercise without them but it won’t be so effective. There are three items that you can use to make your character stronger. These are Barbell, Dumbbell, and Protein Boost. The first two allow you to perform different exercises while the last one improves your results.

How to Exercise in Project Zomboid

In order to exercise in Project Zomboid, you will need to open the Health menu and click on the Fitness button. After that, you will be able to choose the type of exercise you want to do. Here is the full list of them:

  • Squats – Provides you with 4 Fitness XP per Squat.
  • Push-ups – Provides you with 6 (9 with Protein Boost) Strength XP per Push-up.
  • Sit-ups – Provides you with 2 Fitness XP per Sit-up
  • Burpees – Provides you with 3.2 Fitness XP and 4.8 (7.2 with Protein Boost) Strength XP per Burpee.
  • Barbell Curls – Provides you with 7.2 Strength XP per Barbell Curl. The exercise requires you to use Barbell.
  • Dumbbell Presses – Provides you with 7.2 (10.8 with Protein Boost) Strength XP per Dumbbell press. The exercise requires you to use Dumbbell.
  • Biceps Curls – Provides you with 7.2 (10.8 with Protein Boost) Strength XP per Dumbbell press. The exercise requires you to use Dumbbell.

These are all available exercises in Project Zomboid. We recommend you use them carefully as they may cause fatigue.
