PUBG Mobile Flora Menace Mode Guide

The new PUBG Mobile update 1.6 is here, and players have already ventured into the new Flora Menace mode. The entire mode is centered around an alien plant called Yarilo and cell-matrix robots.

Flora Menace mode is available only in Erangel. To survive the invasion, players have to gear up, get on the top of the platform, and shoot some robots.

How to Play the Flora Menace Mode in PUBG Mobile

Here are some quick tips to survive in the Flora Menace Mode.

1) Ambush the Cell Robots Using Throwables

First things first, you need to get rid of those annoying Cell Robots as soon as you see them. However, there’s no point in wasting much time dealing with them. Using grenades, molotov cocktails, and other such throwables will make short work of these bots.

2) Stay Away from Hot Drops

The Cell-Matrix Robots in the Flora Menace mode appear in three locations on the map. This automatically makes them hot spots, so many players prefer to land on them or near them. To avoid early death, land farther away from these spots. Gear up first and then make your way here.

3) Do not rush onto the Platforms

Another mistake that many players make is to dash onto the platforms. Note that Cell Robots will attack you only when you are ON THE PLATFORM. This means you can fire at them from a safe distance. Get on the slopes of the platform and hit them without getting attacked. You can also get a scoped sniper for this purpose.

4) Use the Riot Shields

The metallic shields can do wonders for you, and sometimes they do save the day. As this is a new feature, not many players would remember to use it. You can spend some ‘Nacore’ coins and get the shields to cover yourself, block some entrances, and more.
