PUBG Mobile is finally going to release Payload 2.0 mode in a few days. During the release of the 1.0 global update, the mode was announced in the official patch notes of the update. Furthermore, the developers have also started dropping hints for the new additions via their social media handles.
Most recently, PUBG Mobile dropped a sketch of Helicopter on its Twitter handle, which could be a hint for an upgraded version of the chopper in Payload 2.0.
The remastered Payload mode will feature a host of exciting features like armored vehicles, UAV radars, upgraded Helicopter, new weapons, and much more.
In this article, we’ll take a detailed look at the list of new features coming in PUBG Mobile Payload 2.0 mode, followed by its release date.
PUBG Mobile Payload 2.0 features
The below-mentioned features are based on leaks that have been sourced from LuckyMan, who is a well-known PUBG Mobile data miner. The YouTuber has a pretty good record when it comes to predicting new content.
An armored helicopter has emerged as one of the latest additions, which comes with a greater penetration if compared to the former one. Anti Bomb suits will also be introduced to this mode to ensure the safety of the players from the heavy weapons like RPG and Machine guns. Moreover, this suit will also protect you from massive explosions caused by utilities like Grenade and C4.
Additionally, two new weapons – AT4-A laser-guided missile and M202 four-barreled rocket launcher are also coming to the new Payload 2.0 mode. Eventually, players can also equip a portable radar tool called UAV to identify and track the location of enemies under a specific range.
Payload 2.0 Release Date
The new Payload 2.0 mode is set to release in PUBG Mobile on October 9, 2020. The official release date came to light when PUBG Mobile Taiwan Instagram handle posted a promotional poster of the upcoming Payload 2.0 coupled with #countdownsixdays.
