What is Quordle?

Inspired by the viral puzzle game Wordle, Quordle is a Wordle-clone that was created by a group of fans after they started playing yet another Wordle-clone, Dordle. Quordle aims to challenge the true linguists, ones descended straight from Shakespeare himself.

Quordle is Wordle, but quadrupled. The basic way that the game functions remains the same — players need to guess five-letter words each day, while the game tells you if you have the correct letter in the appropriate spaces using yellow, green, and grey squares.

The catch is that players have to guess four five-letter words at the same time in order to snag a win at Quordle. How Quordle distinguishes itself further is by giving player two different gameplay options: Daily Quordle or Practice mode.

Daily Quordle works just like Quordle, giving you one opportunity of competing per day. “Practice” lets you do just as it advertises: practice; an unlimited number of games, as much as you like. The results from practice games do not count towards a player’s streak, however.
