Even though blocks are falling on you, RADIAL is almost a zen-like experience because of how enjoyable it is to eat up all of the blocks with your black hole. That is not to say that RADIAL is lacking challenge, as there is still plenty of that, so let’s get started with our RADIAL cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide!

Move quickly but thorough!

This is rather hard to explain but we will do our best: when you are dragging your black hole around, be sure not to drag it too fast. You would think that the faster you moved, the faster you would eat up all the white blocks, right? Well unfortunately there is a bit of a pull to your black hole, so the blocks do not get eaten up right away.

It is still good to move fast, but just not TOO fast. You know you are moving too fast if you are leaving behind a lot of little “crumbs” behind when you are eating blocks. Make sure you are thorough enough, because even the tiniest block can pop your balloon!

Keep your black hole at the top!

Generally, you want to always try to keep maneuvering your black hole near the top of the screen so that you can suck up the white blocks as fast as possible. Swing it back and forth to cover as much ground as possible, and doing so will leave you enough time to react to any threats that might get through.

Sometimes, white blocks will come from the sides though, so you will need to be on your toes. Keep an eye out for any blocks that suddenly come out of nowhere, and deal with them right away!

Power up the black hole!

Sometimes, you will need one of the white blocks flashing black. If you eat this block, your black hole will temporarily grow in size, allowing you to destroy a bunch of block effortlessly. If you ever see one of these special blocks, make sure to go for it right away!

On the later levels, these power ups may take the form of other black holes. To activate them, you need to hold your own black hole over it for a couple of seconds until the ring fills up all the way. Be mindful of your balloon when you are doing this, and do not let any stray blocks get through!

As a side note, your balloon receives a temporary shield whenever you have any of these power ups active, so you do not have to worry about any little pieces knock your balloon. Just go crazy!

Practice makes perfect!

Each level in RADIAL is structured, meaning that the level layout will always be the same regardless of how many times you fail or pass the level. There is no randomly generated stuff going on here, so use this your to advantage. If you are having trouble with a difficult level, simply replay it over and over again and eventually you will memorize all of the difficult spots in the level!

That’s all for RADIAL! If you have any other tips or tricks to share, let us know in the comments below!
