How to Defeat Refreshinator in Sonic Colors: Ultimate

Refreshinator is fought in the final act of the Planet Wisp stage, and it is one of the most straightforward boss battles in the game. It is very similar to the Tropical Resort boss, as you will have to hit the boss’s weak point, the head, three times with a Spin Attack or Homing Attack. To get into position, you will have to take advantage of the circular platforms that are moving around the boss.

During the battle, Refreshinator is not just going to stay still and wait for you to take it down, as it will often unleash a powerful laser attack that can be avoided by simply staying below the circular platforms. Another attack to avoid is the electric discharge the boss unleashes once it is damaged.

To make the fight shorter, make sure to use the Pink Wisp‘s powers, as using the Pink Spikes twice will be enough to defeat the boss.
