Runes in Soulstone Survivors

Like any other good roguelike, Soulstone Survivors has various features that randomize the game and make each run unique. And this is even though the game is still in early access. Also, Game Smithing Limited created a symbiosis between the roguelike and RPG genres, so Soulstone Survivors has different abilities that you can unlock and combine to create unique Builds. And one of those abilities is Runes.

Equipped Runes can give various bonuses to your character, such as increased dash speed, increased damage but reduced radius, increased crit chance, etc. However, Runes are not available to players at the start of the game.

How To Unlock and Use Runes

To somehow interact with the Runes, you must unlock the Skill Runes. To do this, you will need to collect five Minor Soulstones. And only after that, you can start unlocking the Runes.

For each Rune, you must meet certain conditions to unlock it. For example, for Weapon Expert, you must reach Level 100 in a single match. And luckily, you can view the requirements for each of the Runes on the Runes screen. After that, you will be able to equip the Rune if you have enough Rune Power.

The maximum Rune Power that a player can have is 5. And the Rune Power of each Rune varies from 1 to 5. So you can equip five different Runes or one powerful one.
