This game is your typical old style retro RPG where you have some cute characters which you will have to guide through various dungeons and encounters to progress further and to discover the mystical world of Kaleva Village and many other such beautiful locations from Spiritwish!

So are you ready to learn all the Spiritwish tips and tricks that we have up our sleeves? Then let’s not waste another second and dive right into them right here below!

Choose your starting team

When you are starting off in the game you will have the option to choose between two teams – the balanced one and the one which is the more damage focused one.

Now if you are a new player, I would recommend that you use the balanced team because that one make things easier for you from the start, but if you want to try the more damage dealing one, then the second choice is not bad at all either.

No matter which one you choose, there can’t be a wrong choice here. I personally went for the more damage focused comp because I am already familiar with the game a little bit and I want to have the best clear speed possible!

Tap the ground to move your characters away from danger

When you are fighting bosses and other super powerful enemies (but mainly bosses) they will sometimes spawn a red carpet which will symbolize the area where they will launch their attack.

Those red carpets as I like to call them can be super dangerous, especially if your squishy damage dealers are caught inside. So to counter this, I really suggest that you tap away from that area and move your characters out of harm’s way.

This is not super mandatory at start, but as you will fight various other more late game bosses, this will be extremely useful because the enemies will start dealing a lot of damage and you will want to keep your damage dealers alive for as long as possible.

Complete the quests

In the game you will have your main story quests in the upper left side of the screen. There you will see plenty of quests which will guide you all throughout the game and I really suggest that if you want to upgrade your characters quickly you start following them instead of farming in one place.

They will give you plenty rewards and I really suggest that you start working on these quests as soon as you start playing the game because they will be super good and give you a lot of EXP, Gold and other useful items.

Equip better gears for your characters

As you are slowly progressing in the game, you will be able to receive better gears from the various battles that you fight and open tons of chests which will contain a lot of random gears.

However, not all of the equipment pieces that you will pick up are super good, so I suggest that you take a close look at their quality and always try to equip the best gears that you have for the selected class.

The gears come in different qualities: Common, Enchanted, Rare, Unique, Masterpiece, Legendary and Artifact, with Common being the worst and Artifact being the best gears.

Upgrade your gear: You can use other, older gears that you have to upgrade the best gears that you currently have and turn them into better ones. You can also use refining stones as well, but since you’ll be picking quite a lot of gears, you will use these most often.

All you need to do in order to level up and upgrade your gear is to tap on the gear you want upgraded (the best one) -> Modify Gear and there you will have a lot of options to choose from so that you can do anything that you want with that piece of gear.

Do your daily dungeons

Every single day you will be able to do your daily dungeons in the game, which will help you a lot because the rewards you get can be anything from tons of EXP, Gold to various gears and such.

There are a few types of Dungeons, and each can have a specialization. However, the ones I suggest that you never miss are the Gold Dungeon and EXP Dungeon because these will be the most beneficial daily dungeons.

The dungeons can be found by tapping on the Menu in the upper right corner -> Missions -> Daily Dungeons and there you will see:

– EXP Dungeon: gives you EXP

– Gold Dungeon: gives you Gold

– Skill Development Dungeon: gives you Skill Books

– Enhance Material Dungeon: gives you Enhance Material Dungeon Box which contains various Enhancement Scrolls.

– Amulet Development Dungeon: gives you Amulet Pieces.

All of these are super useful, so try to do them every single day before they reset because you will see that they pay off in the end.

Do your Raids

There are several types of raids in the game – after all, it is a RPG! By heading on to the Menu -> Missions -> Co-Op Raid tab there you will see several available raids which you can do during the time that you play.

These raids are available at certain times, so always make sure that you pay attention to the “Time Until Entry” section because they differ. Try to not miss these because here along with 3 other players (4 in total) you will be able to challenge various dungeons for some good rewards (card pieces mainly).

There are also Weekly Raids, which are also super good, but they are going to have higher requirements to entry – so for now, try to improve by doing the other available raids and in game content – soon enough, you will be eligible for the Weekly Raids too.

Register the old gears in the codex

If you want to get some extra general stats, then I would suggest that you start registering the old gears that you get (or the gear that you don’t use) in the item codex so that you can gain some extra stats as rewards.

They can be found in the Menu -> Achievement -> Item tab and there you will have a ton of items which you can register – pretty much all items in the game. Whenever you get a double piece for a certain item or when you get a newer, better item, make sure that the old gear that you had on will be registered here.

By registering a piece of equipment it will disappear from your inventory and cannot be used to upgrade other items. However, this I consider to be a better use of the gears because it is a one time thing and the rest of the gears that you get can be then used for upgrades.

Whenever you register a piece of gear you will get the stat written below it – for example, for a Rare Item called Medium Barbed Armor Bottoms you will get Increased Crit RES +3! There are a lot of such rewards which can be targeted for individual upgrades, so for example if you want an extra +85 HP just find a Worn Wooden Sword and register it!

My suggestion here: I always prefer to register the equipment after I have acquired a better one to replace the old one, because that way it will never go to waste and I won’t be missing out on some extra power!

Add new characters

Whenever you have acquired a new character card, you can go ahead and summon / create that character to add it to your team (or not – as you wish). To summon a new character all that you need to do is head on to the Menu -> Character Select Screen and once you are there you will see in the bottom left corner of the screen a Create Character option.

That will let you create a new character if you have the card for it. To change your characters all that you need to do is tap on the X next to the three characters that you have in the bottom side of the screen and that will remove them from your team. To add them back, tap on the character you want to add and select Add to Team.

This is useful as some classes can only go up to a certain distance and complete certain quests, so you will need different characters together for these kind of tasks.

Get more Cards with characters

To summon more characters you can not only get them from the normal quests as rewards, and from bosses, but you can also claim them from the Shop! Head on to the Menu -> Premium tab and there you will see the Summon option. Tap on it and you will be able to buy the Character Summon Box for 300 Blue Diamonds!

One box will cost 300 Blue Diamonds and 10 will cost 3000, so try to buy the one which you can afford – they will contain various cards with characters, so good luck!
