Strategy Game The Walking Dead: Survivors Announced For iOS, Android

Ever since the first release of the comics, and the first season of the TV Show, it was clear that The Walking Dead was here to stay. This massive popularity resulted in tons of video game adaptations, the latest of them coming to iOS and Android later this year.

The Walking Dead: Survivors is a strategy-survival game in development by Elex and Skybound. The game will come with plenty of familiar faces taken from the comics as well as all those features and mechanics that players have come to love in games like State of Survival.

In The Walking Dead: Survivors, you will have to create safe houses while managing survivors and resources, expand your territory, fight the undead and interact with other players.

Survivors in the game will be divided into Combat Survivors, who will make up your army, and Development Survivors, who will make sure your safe houses thrive, expanding technology in exchange for resources. Combat Survivors will be divided into three types – Melee, Cavalry and Sharpshooter – which, in turn, will be divided into ten different tiers. With so many options at your disposal, you will have no trouble preventing the zombie horde from destroying your safe house and other unsavory individuals from conquering your territories.

The Walking Dead: Survivors launches on the App Store and Google Play Store this year.
