Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury New Footage Showcases Online Multiplayer

While Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury can be fully completed playing solo, the game becomes something completely different when played with friends. The original Wii U release only features local multiplayer options, but the soon to be released Nintendo Switch version will allow players to team up online to complete stages and save the world from, you guessed it, Bowser’s Fury.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury includes some brand new content not found in the original Wii U release, such as the Bowser’s Fury expansion. This expansion plays more like other 3D Mario games, featuring a huge, more open-ended world to explore and Bowser Jr. as a playable companion that can be controlled by another player or by the AI.

Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury launches on Nintendo Switch on February 12.
