As reported by Nintendo Unity, the character comes with a glitch that breaks animations and significantly lowers damage of every Final Smash attack.

Executing the glitch is not simple at all, as Sephiroth has to defeat the Pokemon Trainer monsters with the Shadow Flare Attack. So, no Pokemon Trainer in a match, no glitch.

Sephiroth is the latest Super Smash Bros. Ultimate DLC character. The Final Fantasy VII villain comes with a powerful moveset that makes him a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. You can learn more about how he plays by checking out our in-depth guide.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is now available on Nintendo Switch worldwide.
