A new trailer that has been released online a few hours ago not only celebrates the history of the series by showing the previous games, but also showcases some of the mechanics that will power the new game.

Among the new features that players will find in Disgaea 6 – Defiance of Destiny are Team Attacks, Karma Demonic Intelligence, which will be able to perfom a variety of different tasks that will benefit the player, and Super Reincarnation, which is set to make character customization even more fun.

Grinding will also be made way less tedious than before, as it will be possible to speed up battles and assign character attaks and skills with the new auto-battle function.

Disgaea 6 – Defiance of Destiny is setting out to be the game that all fans of the series will enjoy. The game will launch on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 during Summer 2021. But if you really cannot wait, you can get the Japanese version from January 28 onward.
