How to Complete the Missing Crystal Ball Side Quest in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD

The Missing Crystal Ball side quest becomes available after finding Kukiel and defeating The Imprisoned for the second time. After this is done, if you head to the Bazaar, you will learn how Parrot, the fortune teller, is missing. If you speak with Croo at the restaurant, you will learn the location of Parrot’s house, which is to the east of Skyloft. Head over there to start the quest.

By speaking with the fortune teller, you will learn that you need to find a new crystal ball. Fly to Eldin Volcano, land on the Temple Entrance Bird Statue, head west from the temple entrance, and dig in the soft spot to reveal an air geyser. Jump on it, turn around to face the temple, and look to the left to use the Clawshot. Here, you will find the Crystal Ball, which Fi will transport to the fortune teller.

After this is done, head back to Parrot’s house yourself to complete the quest. You will receive 5 Gratitude Crystals and a permanent discount on the fortune teller’s services for your trouble.
